Chair Volleyball
Chair volleyball has many health benefits, including developing hand-eye coordination, building upper body strength, and improving muscle tone and endurance. The sport builds camaraderie and teamwork and reduces stress. But most of all its just a lot of fun.When: Tuesdays 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Brains and Balance
Our "Brains and Balance Past 60" program is designed for the unique needs of active older adults who know the importance of staying mentally sharp and physically stable. This innovative program is a clever combination of specific activities designed to improve your memory, reasoning, conceptualization, language and problem solving skills along with age appropriate exercise to improve stability. Discover how much fun "Brains & Balance" training can be while you exercise your mind and body with our specially designed curriculum.
When: Wednesdays 10:00am-11:00am

Fee: Wilton Manors Residents (must show proof of residency) Free/ Non-Residents $3
Senior Transportation
Wilton Manors Leisure Services Department offers transportation to and from doctor appointments, as well as, the grocery store every week. On Tuesdays, our Courier “Buzzy” transports residents to and from their doctor appointments and pharmacies within a five (5) mile radius around Wilton Manors. On Wednesdays, “Buzzy” transports residents to and from our Publix Supermarkets. This program is offered to all residents aged 60 years and older. These roundtrip services are $2 per resident.
