  • Wilton Manors is the 17th city in the Nation to be declared a Certified Community Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation
  • We're dedicated to protecting our environment, and we encourage the community to join us by making their properties a safe and healthy place to live. By certifying your yard as a NatureScape Habitat, you can assist us in this goal.
  • Certify your yard

  • Recycling can be an important way for residents to get involved in local sustainability. However, it's important that residents know exactly what can and can't be recycled to prevent contamination in the recycling process.
  • Please avoid recycling plastic bags, clothing, cleaning rags, towels, food, liquid, and more.
  • For more information on recycling rules and guidelines, please visit here.
  • Or visit the Wilton Manors recycling page for more information
  • By switching to a programmable thermostat, you can save money on your heating and cooling bills by turning your thermostat back 7-10 degrees from its normal settings for eight hours a day
  • By adding a schedule to your thermostat to regulate the temperature when you're sleeping or out of the house, you'll be able to not only save money, but help to make your home more sustainable
