Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that links breath, movement, and mindfulness.  Classes include the use of verbal cues, hands on assists, and visual demonstration to help you find the best approach practice for you.

Cost: $10 for 1 class or $80 for 10 classes
