This performance management aspect of the Office of the Chief focuses on measurables to identify whether or not we are achieving the goals and objectives in our City’s Strategic Plan, and in our police department. Additionally, research and process improvements are conducted through these processes.
Performance management administers our Quarterly/Annual Crime and Traffic Safety Report, Hate Crimes Report, and Neighborhood Satisfaction Survey. These reports assist our agency with improving the services we provide our Island City.
