About Island City Park Preserve

Located in the neighborhood of Highland Estates, Island City Park Preserve is the hidden jewel of the City. ICPP offers a scenic view of the Middle River with the elevated walkway, fishing pier and canoe / kayak launch. Other outside amenities include three pavilions, large deck, a walking trail, basketball court and playground. Inside, the community center is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, food warmer, meeting room, sound system and a multi-purpose room that will hold 100 people.

Island City Park Preserve Community Center

Rental hours: Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.- 8:30 p.m. ; Friday-Sunday 8 a.m. - 12 a.m.

Holds: 100 people in the indoor space, use of outdoor space allows for higher attendance

Features: The Island City Park Preserve offers a main room that has a full kitchen with an ice maker, counter space, microwave and commercial warmer. The space includes tables and chairs (ten round and/or ten rectangular tables).


Pavilion

Rental hours: 9 a.m - 7 p.m. 

Holds: 25 people per pavilion

Features: One 31' x 20' pavilion with picnic tables and grill available for rent. Outdoor space includes playground and basketball court.

To receive resident rates, proof of residency is required. A $200 Security Deposit is due at the time of reservation for facility rentals. A $75 Security Deposit is due at the time of reservation for pavilion rentals.  A four hour minimum is required to reserve the Island City Park Preserve Community Center.
