The Manor House at Richardson Historic Park & Nature Preserve

Rental hours: 8 a.m. – 12 a.m.
 
Holds: 75 people inside the house, use of courtyards allows for higher attendance
 
Features: The Manor House has a kitchen area with refrigerator, ice machine, microwave and warming oven. A variety of tables and chairs are available. Use of surrounding courtyards, gazebo and the parking lot is reserved for your guests.  

The Carriage House at Richardson Historic Park & Nature Preserve

Rental hours: 8 a.m. – 12 a.m.

Features: The Carriage House features an attached outside bar with power, an air conditioned prep area, refrigerator, and warming oven. Use of surrounding courtyards, gazebo and the parking lot is reserved for your guests.

Community Center Fees

$400 separate security deposit for the community center due at the time of paying for the permit. $75 separate security deposit for the pavilion due at the time of paying for the permit. Four hour minimum for rental of the community center.
