Door Step Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection Service
The City has contracted with Coastal Waste & Recycling for a special Door Step collection of household hazardous waste for residential customers (single family and townhome residences, as well as multi-family residences two to six units) at your residence. This safe and convenient service will allow you to properly recycle or dispose of home-generated hazardous waste such as computers, monitors, keyboards, printers, televisions, fax machines, cell phones and cords, as well as batteries, paint, chemicals, fuel, solvents and cleaners.

You must contact Coastal's Door Step service at least 10 days in advance in order to arrange collection at your home and obtain your collection kit. Collections are available once each month during bulk pickup week; however, the Door Step representative will confirm the pickup date. You must have your materials packaged and ready for pick-up by 7 a.m.
Please note that City residents can not drop off their household hazardous waste items at Broward County drop-off locations.
