The proposed project consists of a six (6) story mixed use building with 186 residential units of which twelve (12) live work units with 2,400 square feet of commercial use located at the southeast corner of N. Andrews Avenue and Oakland Park Boulevard. The proposed project is known as “The Ave”. This project has expired.
