The proposed project consists of a 123-room boutique hotel in an eight (8) story building. The project is located on the southwest corner of Wilton Drive and N. Dixie Highway (Five Points). The proposed project is known as "The Wilton Hotel". The project was approved by the Planning and Zoning Board on February 12, 2024. Final approval of the project is pending the City Commission's approval of the rezoning, preliminary site plan, plat, the allocation of 123 hotel rooms to the project, and agreements; and the Development Review Committee's approval of the final site plan.
