The proposed project consists of a seven (7) story mixed use building with 252 multi-family units, 24,430 square feet of new and 30,907 square feet of existing commercial use to remain located at the southeast corner of NE 7 Avenue and Wilton Drive. The proposed project is as “Wilma on the Drive”. This project was approved by the Planning and Zoning Board at the August 16, 2023 Meeting. Final approval of the project is pending City Commission approval of the allocation of flex and or reserve units, the plat, and agreements.
