The proposed project consists of a seven (7) story mixed use building with 252 multi-family units, 24,430 square feet of new and 30,907 square feet of existing commercial use to remain located at the southeast corner of NE 7 Avenue and Wilton Drive. The proposed project is as “Wilma on the Drive”. The project is scheduled for the Planning and Zoning Board on June 12, 2023.
