2. Wilton Drive Improvement District (WDID)Board Application

   Interested in being a member of the Board? Follow these steps: 1. Read the authorizing legislation. 2. Review the materials on the WDID webpage. 3. Attend a WDID meeting. 4. Ensure you meet at least one of the eligibility requirements. 5. Submit the application and include your resume. All applications will expire on December 31st of each year. Applicants are responsible for reaching out to Clerk’s office to ensure the application is still on file, and if they would like their application to be considered for other Board vacancies.

    3. I understand that if I am a property or business owner in the WDID boundary, I must be and remain an officer of corporation or a member or manager of the Limited Liability Company during my term.
    4. I understand that in accordance with Florida Sunshine Law, this information becomes public record and may be subject to public review.
    5. If appointed, I agree to faithfully and fully perform the duties of my appointment, will make every endeavor to serve my full term, and will comply with all laws and ordinances of the City.
    6. If appointed, I agree to faithfully comply with all laws and ordinances of Broward County, State of Florida, particularly those pertaining to the standards of conduct for public officers.

    After submitting your application, call the Wilton Manors City Clerk. They will let you know when the City Commission will consider the candidates for appointment to the vacancy.
