2. REQUEST FOR ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING

   Individuals who have been issued a uniform civil citation for a violation of the City's Code of Ordinances may request an administrative hearing.  Written notice of one's request for hearing shall be received by the City within ten (10) calendar days of receiving a citation. 

   Additionally, those seeking an administrative hearing shall submit an administrative fee payment of $225 to the City prior to the Special Magistrate hearing your case.  Individuals who prevail at this hearing will be reimbursed the entire administrative fee amount.
